Delhi’s Defence Colony robbery: Thieves steal diamond jewellery worth Rs 3 crore from bungalow

CASH AND jewellery worth Rs 3.5 crore was stolen from a Defence Colony bungalow belonging to the daughter of Jet Airways vice-president (security) Avneet Singh. Police said they are scanning footage from CCTV cameras in the area. Police said the bungalow had no security arrangements or a guard, and no CCTV cameras had been installed in the premises. Ahmedabad: After a three-and-a-half-year old girl, Pinky, was abducted from Odhav, city cops have gone in a huddle. This is the second such incident since March when a toddler was abducted from a footpath in Maninagar. The two incidents, suspect cops, could point towards a kidnapping ring.
